目的:石油醚萃取干扰物,经微波消解测定腊梅花中槲皮素的含量。方法:分光光度法,酸性条件下水解消解液,三氯化铝显色,415 nm处测定槲皮素的含量。结果:线性范围0.0~14.0μg/mL(γ=0.9994),平均回收率97.97%,RSD=2.83%(n=5)。结论:方法操作简单,提取率高,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于腊梅花的内在质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: Petrol ether extraction of interfering substances, the determination of quercetin in the bloom by microwave digestion. Methods: The content of quercetin was determined at 415 nm by spectrophotometry, hydrolytic digestion solution under acidic conditions, aluminum trichloride. Results: The linear range was 0.0-14.0 μg / mL (γ = 0.9994). The average recovery was 97.97% with RSD = 2.83% (n = 5).
