改善六轴大功率机车三轴转向架的曲线通过性能一直是大功率机车转向架研发的重要内容,转向架的轴距、转向架中心距、二系悬挂、中间轴自由横动量、一系悬挂以及一、二系止挡间隙均会影响机车的曲线通过能力。分析上述各项因素对机车曲线通过性能的影响,对于指导机车转向架总体设计具有重要意义。通过建立六轴机车的动力学参数化模型,研究了这些结构和悬挂参数对机车曲线通过能力的影响趋势。建议采用抗蛇行减振器确保稳定运行,同时降低一系横向定位刚度可显著改善曲线通过性能。
Improving the curve passing performance of three-axle bogies of six-axle high-power locomotives has been an important part of the research and development of high-power locomotive bogies. The bogie wheelbase, the center distance of the bogie, the secondary suspension, the free transverse motion of the countershaft, As well as one, two stop gap will affect the ability of locomotive curve. Analyzing the influence of above factors on locomotive curve passing performance is of great significance for guiding the overall design of locomotive bogie. Through the establishment of dynamic parametric model of six-axle locomotive, the influence of these structure and suspension parameters on locomotive curve passing capacity is studied. It is recommended to use an anti-snake shock absorber to ensure stable operation, while reducing a series of lateral positioning stiffness can significantly improve the curve through performance.
