为了解决传统水稻育秧受气候环境影响导致秧苗质量低的问题,以控制育秧系统内部环境为目标,创新设计一种人工光源光照强度和光照时间无级调节、温湿度和CO_2浓度PID模糊控制、供水周期及供水量无级可调和内部设有视觉监控系统的水稻育秧气候箱。该气候箱光照强度范围0~1.2×10~4Lx;温度范围0~50℃、偏差±0.5℃;湿度范围50%~99%RH,偏差±5%RH;CO_2浓度范围0.028%~0.2%、偏差±0.008%。试验结果表明,该气候箱培育的秧苗根系发达,颜色浓绿,茎基部较宽,播种后20 d叶龄达到3叶期,株高可达到机插秧苗标准。
