运用摄像解析及等动肌肉力量测试的方法,对天津蹦床队6名健将级蹦床运动员的网上跳跃高度、网性及下肢三大关节肌群力量进行了测试和分析,结果表明:排除网性因素的情况下,蹦床运动员起网时的蹬伸力量与其网上跳跃高度成正比;下肢三大关节用力存在三种类型,分别为髋关节主发力型、膝和踝关节主发力型、共同发力型,共同发力型为蹦床运动员的主要用力类型。
Using the methods of photographic analysis and isokinetic muscle strength test, the jumping height, netness and the muscular strength of the three joints of the six trampoline players in Tianjin trampoline team were tested and analyzed.
