目的探讨hMLH1、hMSH2蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测69例口腔鳞状细胞癌和40例正常口腔粘膜组织中hMLH1、hMSH2的表达情况,资料的统计学处理用SPSS软件完成,比较用卡方检验。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中hMLH1、hMSH2的阳性表达率(47.8%,55.1%)低于正常口腔粘膜组织(77.5%,80.0%),P<0.05,有显著差异。hMLH1、hMSH2的表达与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与分化程度有关,分化程度越低,hMLH1、hMSH2失表达越明显,P<0.05。结论MLH1、hMSH2的表达只与分化程度相关,随分化程度的降低,其失表达越明显。
Objective To investigate the expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in 69 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 40 cases of normal oral mucosa. The data were processed by SPSS software and compared with Chi-square test. Results The positive rates of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma were significantly lower than those in normal oral mucosa (77.5%, 80.0%, P <0.05). The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 was not related to age and gender (P> 0.05), but correlated with the degree of differentiation. The lower the degree of differentiation, the more obvious the loss of hMLH1 and hMSH2, P <0.05. Conclusion The expression of MLH1 and hMSH2 are only related to the degree of differentiation, and the more the loss of expression is, the more obvious the loss of differentiation is.
