OV-17SCOT玻璃毛细管柱在恒温条件下,除能分离有抗肿瘤活性的酯碱类化合物外,还能分离填充柱不能分离的11-羟基三尖杉碱和脱甲基三尖杉酮碱。分析了不同产地的三尖杉植物提取物中的总生物碱,用毛细管气相色谱和质谱联用鉴定了从A产地得到的总生物碱中的4个峰,其中一个可能属于酯碱类型的新生物碱。并测定了混合酯碱的含量,结果表明目前采用的紫外光谱法误差太大,应提高对杂质检查的要求或经薄板层析分离后,再测定含量。
The OV-17SCOT glass capillary column can also be used to separate 11-hydroxy harringtonine and demethyl thiarazine bases that cannot be separated from the packed column, except for the separation of ester-base compounds with antitumor activity at constant temperature. The total alkaloids in the extracts of harringtonia from different habitats were analyzed. Four peaks in the total alkaloids obtained from the A producing area were identified by capillary gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. One of them may belong to the new type of esterine. The requirement for impurity inspection or the separation by thin-plate chromatography should be increased.
