新型薄壁宽型桥式(TWB)壳体比原先设计结构轻,从而有利于提高车辆的燃油经济性。薄壁桥式壳体也提供配置更大直径的制动盘和增加摩擦衬块的面积,有利于降低制动盘的工作温度,减少制动性能衰减和摩擦衬块的磨损。
The new thin-walled bridge (TWB) shell is lighter than the original design, which helps to improve the vehicle’s fuel economy. Thin-walled bridge housings also provide larger diameter discs and increased friction pad area, which helps to reduce the operating temperature of the brake disc and reduce brake performance degradation and friction pad wear.
