以外来入侵植物黄顶菊(Flaveria bidentis)为试材,研究了日光温室盆栽条件下黄顶菊与黄瓜混作对黄瓜株高、干鲜重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,以及黄顶菊浸提液对黄瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:黄顶菊对混作的黄瓜株高和鲜重增长都有明显的抑制作用;生长在黄顶菊附近的黄瓜的根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量及POD活性、CAT活性均低于单种黄瓜的对照,而MDA含量高于对照;不同浓度黄顶菊植株浸提液处理的黄瓜种子,随处理浓度的升高,黄瓜种子的发芽率不断降低。
Flavria bidentis was used as experimental material to study the effects of flaveria bidentis and cucumber mixed with cucumber on plant height, dry and fresh weight, chlorophyll content, root activity, peroxidase (POD) activity and peroxidation (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of cucumber seedlings and the effects of Flaveria bidentis extracts on the germination of cucumber seeds. The results showed that: Flaveria bidentis inhibited the plant height and fresh weight of cucumber hybrid. The root vigor, chlorophyll content, POD activity and CAT activity of cucumber grown near the flaveria bidentis were lower than those of single cucumber The content of MDA was higher than that of the control. The seed germination rate of cucumber seeds decreased with the increase of the concentration of cucumber seedlings treated with extracts of flaveria bidentis.
