中国金属学会特殊钢学会不锈钢学术委员会主持的两年一度的学术年会,第八届不锈钢耐热钢学术年会于1990年12月24～26日在太原市冶建大厦召开。 组织这次会议的东道主是太原钢铁公司。出席会议的有:冶金部科技司、质量司、生产司的领导和来自全国的科研院所、特殊钢厂等22个单位,92位代表。全国各大特殊钢厂,如太原钢铁公司、抚顺钢厂、大连钢厂、长城钢厂、上钢三厂、上钢五厂、大冶钢厂等均有总
