市场农业是效益型农业。关键是要加快农业科技成果转化为商品。我国农业技术市场正处在初级阶段。①要有常设固定场所；②让不同所有制的生产经营者进入市场参与公平竞争；③要为发展“十字型”大农业服务；④必须实行技术交易保证制度。培育发展农业技术市场，要加强自身建设。正确处理好主客体关系；培养一批中介队伍；服务设施应配套；要加强和完善宏观调控。
Market agriculture is a benefit agriculture. The key is to speed up the conversion of agricultural science and technology achievements into commodities. China’s agricultural technology market is in its infancy. ① There must be permanent fixed places; ② The production and operation managers of different ownerships should enter the market to participate in fair competition; ③ For the development of “cross” large-scale agriculture services; ④ The guarantee system for technical transactions must be implemented. To foster the development of agricultural technology market, we must strengthen self-construction. Correctly handle the relationship between subject and object; train a batch of intermediary teams; service facilities should be complemented; and macro-control should be strengthened and improved.
