随着基础设施建设的快速推进,建设工程分包管理模式越来越受到各方的重视。本文以总承包方的视角,在分析目前国内工程分包管理出现的问题的基础上,从分包方案的优化、分包队伍选择的优化、分包工程的质量控制、进度控制、成本控制和安全控制等几个方面提出优化策略,力争使其规范化,充分发挥分包的优势,具有一定的现实意义。
With the rapid progress of infrastructure construction, subcontract management of construction projects has drawn more and more attention from all parties. Based on the analysis of the current problems in subcontracting management in China, this paper analyzes the problems of subcontracting management in China from the aspects of subcontracting optimization, optimization of subcontracting selection, quality control of subcontracting project, progress control, cost control and Safety control and other aspects of the proposed optimization strategy, and strive to make it standardized, give full play to the advantages of subcontracting, has some practical significance.
