在相同的储存时间和温度条件下,对Sasobit掺量为1%~5%的改性沥青进行离析试验;对Sasobit掺量为3%的改性沥青改变储存温度(100℃、120℃、140℃、163℃)和储存时间(1d、2d、3d、5d、7d)进行离析试验,以离析试验后上、下部沥青软化点差为指标,分析Sasobit掺量、储存温度和时间对改性沥青储存稳定性的影响。试验发现不同Sasobit掺量的改性沥青稳定性均较好,Sasobit改性沥青储存稳定性在低温时较高温时稳定,Sasobit改性沥青3d的储存稳定性最好。通过对比不同沥青显微照片,发现Sasobit改性沥青的改性剂分散均匀,较SBS改性沥青和橡胶粉改性沥青具有较好的储存稳定性。
Under the same storage time and temperature conditions, the segregation test was carried out on the modified asphalt with the Sasobit content of 1% ~ 5%.
