目的研究HOXA9 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集125例NSCLC标本,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测NSCLC组织及相应癌旁组织中HOXA9 mRNA的表达情况。采用受试者工作特性曲线(ROC)分析HOXA9 mRNA对NSCLC诊断及疾病进展的预测价值,并分析HOXA9的临床病理意义。结果 HOXA9 mRNA在NSCLC表达量为1.059±0.591,明显低于相应的癌旁肺组织(P<0.01)。NSCLC中HOXA9 mRNA表达量与临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移和EGFR蛋白表达均呈负相关(P<0.01);而与患者吸烟状况呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HOXA9低表达可能与NSCLC的发生、发展相关,HOXA9 mRNA可能成为判断NSCLC进展潜在的评估指标。
Objective To study the expression of HOXA9 mRNA in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods Totally 125 NSCLC specimens were collected. The expression of HOXA9 mRNA in NSCLC tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the predictive value of HOXA9 mRNA in the diagnosis and progression of NSCLC, and to analyze the clinicopathological significance of HOXA9. Results The expression level of HOXA9 mRNA in NSCLC was 1.059 ± 0.591, which was significantly lower than that in corresponding adjacent lung tissues (P <0.01). The expression of HOXA9 mRNA in NSCLC was negatively correlated with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and EGFR protein expression (P <0.01), but positively correlated with smoking status (P <0.05). Conclusions The low expression of HOXA9 may be related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC. The expression of HOXA9 mRNA may be a potential index to judge the progression of NSCLC.
