目的观察银杏达莫对局灶性脑缺血大鼠大脑缺血坏死区周边抑凋亡基因蛋白Bcl-2和促凋亡基因蛋白Bax表达的影响。方法①选用健康成年Wistar大鼠20只。体质量270~300g。②按随机抽签法将大鼠分为2组:缺血对照组、银杏达莫治疗组,每组10只。③术后6h用免疫组化染色统计Bcl-2和Bax表达阳性细胞数。结果银杏达莫治疗组较缺血对照组缺血坏死区周边脑组织Bcl-2的含量有明显增加,而Bax的含量则明显减少。结论银杏达莫可对局灶缺血性脑损伤起到预防性保护作用,其保护作用发生可能与提高Bcl-2表达、抑制Bax表达有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo biloba on the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in cerebral ischemic necrosis in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods ① Twenty healthy adult Wistar rats were used. Body weight of 270 ~ 300g. (2) Rats were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random draw: ischemic control group and gingko damo treatment group, 10 rats in each group. ③ The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax positive cells was detected by immunohistochemistry 6h after operation. Results Compared with the ischemic control group, the content of Bcl-2 in the peripheral brain tissue of Bailing-Mo treatment group was significantly increased, while the Bax content was significantly decreased. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba may play a preventive and protective role in focal ischemic brain injury. Its protective effect may be related to increasing Bcl-2 expression and inhibiting Bax expression.
