总结了二溴苯基萤光酮(DBPF)在不同酸度下的显色规律,拟定了碱性介质中Fe(Ⅲ)与DBPF的反应条件。在pH9~11的氨性介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)-Sal-DBPF可形成蓝色的络合物,在Tween40存在下,λ_(max)=610nm,ε_(610)=1.59×10~5,有色溶液稳定32小时,0~10μgFe/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.02ppm。方法简便、再现性好、灵敏度高。试验了Cd~(2+)、Zn~(2+)等二十多种物质的干扰情况,采用乙醚萃取分离法可用于铝合金和金属铝、锌中微量铁的测定。
The color development of dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) under different acidity was summarized, and the reaction conditions of Fe (Ⅲ) and DBPF in alkaline medium were drawn. Under the condition of Tween40, λ max = 610 nm and ε 610 = 1.59 × 10 ~ 5 in Fe9 + 11 ammoniacal medium, Fe (Ⅲ) -Sal- DBPF can form blue complex, The colored solution was stable for 32 hours. The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 10μg Fe / 25ml with the detection limit of 0.02ppm. Method is simple, reproducible, high sensitivity. The interference of more than 20 kinds of substances such as Cd 2+ and Zn 2+ was tested, and the ether extraction method was applied to the determination of trace iron in aluminum alloy, aluminum and zinc.
