本文通过建立顶渣向钢水传氧的物理模型来讨论影响中间罐中顶渣向钢水传氧的因素。并在油-水体系中测定苯甲酸的容量传质系数,从而考察注速及中间罐结构对钢-渣间传质系数的影响。研究结果表明,顶渣中氧化铁含量和传质系数是影响顶渣向钢水传氧速率的主要因素,而注速及中间罐结构对钢-渣间传氧速率也有很大影响。
In this paper, the physical model of oxygen transfer from top slag to molten steel was established to discuss the factors affecting the oxygen transfer from the top slag to the molten steel in the intermediate tank. The mass transfer coefficient of benzoic acid was measured in oil-water system to investigate the influence of injection rate and intermediate tank structure on mass transfer coefficient between steel and slag. The results show that the iron oxide content and mass transfer coefficient in the top slag are the main factors that affect the oxygen transfer rate from the top slag to the molten steel. The injection speed and the intermediate tank structure also have a great influence on the oxygen transfer rate between steel and slag.
