The peculiar behavior of the nuclei near the drip line is one of the key directions of the current nuclear physics research. The relative motion between the weakly bound halo proton and the core in the proton nucleus will form a soft resonance mode, resulting in the photon nuclear cross section being significantly lower than that of the giant Dipole resonance of polar resonance energy and intensity.
