在如今的工厂中,数控机床早已经成为精加工作业最重要的组成部分。但是无论多少精度的数控机床都不可避免有一丝丝的误差,数控机床的误差基本来自于制造和装配过程中。圆度误差是各种各样的误差中非常重要的一项数据,圆度误差简单来说是指回转体在正截面相对于理想圆的变动量,圆度误差的多少对数控机床的功能有着直接而且重要的影响。该文根据在实践中的种种经验,对圆度误差和圆度误差检测进行基本的介绍和分析,希望该文能给需要经验的人带来或多或少的帮助。
In today’s factory, CNC machine tools have long been the most important part of finishing operations. However, no matter how much precision CNC machine tools are inevitable there is a slightest error, CNC machine error basically comes from the manufacturing and assembly process. Roundness error is a very important data of a variety of errors. Circularity error simply means the variation of the rotary body relative to the ideal circle in the positive section. The error of the roundness has a function on the CNC machine tool Direct and important influence. Based on the various experiences in practice, this paper introduces and analyzes the roundness error and roundness error detection in the hope of providing more or less help to those who need experience.
