中国人保上海市分公司几年来注重加强保险风险管理,探索客户服务新途径,不断提升保险综合服务水平。 上海分公司认为,加强保险风险管理,是贯彻以客户为中心的经营理念,深化保险服务的重要体现。风险管理尽管可以采用财务型的方法,如通过共保、分保、提高资金运用效益等措施来分散、化解和降低风险而更直接的办法就是参与承保企业的风险管理,通过风险评估、防灾防损等现代科技手段来预防或抑制风险,从而达到减少和减轻灾害事故的危害与损失,使客户直接受益。同时,形式多样的风险管理活动也是深化保险服务的重要途径,拉近了公司与客户的距离。
