浇注式沥青混合料摊铺温度一般在240℃左右,高温下沥青将发生严重的超热老化,然而超热老化温度对浇注式沥青混合料高温性能的影响规律鲜见报道。对此分别采用静态贯入度和动态贯入度试验对基于超热老化温度的浇注式沥青混合料高温性能变化规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:静态贯入度和动态贯入度均与超热老化温度高度线性相关,随着超热老化温度升高,贯入度值明显下降,并且动态贯入度考虑了改性沥青的弹性恢复能力,数值明显偏小。在通过降低超热温度提高浇注式沥青混合料疲劳性能的同时,必须采取措施解决由于超热老化温度下降导致其高温抗变形能力降低的问题。
Pouring asphalt mixture paving temperature is generally about 240 ℃, bitumen will occur under high temperature superheat aging, however, the effect of superheat aging temperature pouring asphalt mixture high temperature performance rarely reported. In this paper, static penetration and dynamic penetration test were used to study the variation of high temperature performance of pouring asphalt mixture based on the superheat aging temperature. The results show that both static penetration and dynamic penetration are linearly correlated with the superheat aging temperature. As the superheating aging temperature increases, the penetration value obviously decreases, and the dynamic penetration degree takes the modified asphalt Elastic resilience, the value was significantly smaller. In order to improve the fatigue performance of pouring asphalt mixture by reducing the superheat temperature, measures must be taken to solve the problem that the high temperature deformation resistance is reduced due to the decrease of the superheat aging temperature.
