目的观察加减地黄饮子对Aβ1-40脑内注射对大鼠脑组织Na+-K+-ATP酶的影响。方法以大鼠海马注射β淀粉样蛋白导致的老年性痴呆模型,并以正常老龄鼠为空白对照,西药脑复康为阳性对照,对加减地黄饮子预防组和加减地黄饮子治疗组从Na+-K+-ATP和Ca2+-ATP酶活性的影响进行了研究。结果加减地黄饮子具有提高三磷酸腺苷酶活性的作用。结论提高三磷酸腺苷酶活性的可能是加减地黄饮子防治老年性痴呆的机制之一,为补肾活血化痰开窍治疗老年性痴呆的观点提供了部分实验依据。
Objective To observe the effect of Rehmanniae Decoction on Na + -K + -ATPase in rat brain after Aβ1-40 intracerebral injection. Methods Rat hippocampal injection of amyloid β-induced model of senile dementia, and the normal aged rats as a blank control, western medicine Naofukang as a positive control, add and subtract Rehmanniae Preserved Group and Modified Rehmanniae Decoction treatment group The effects of Na + -K + -ATP and Ca2 + -ATPase activity were studied. The results add and subtract Rehmannia has the function of improving ATPase activity. Conclusion It is suggested that improving ATPase activity may be one of the mechanisms of Alzheimer ’s disease in preventing and treating Alzheimer’ s disease. It provides some experimental evidences for the treatment of Alzheimer ’s disease by tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation.
