目的探讨中华眼镜蛇毒C组分对荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251裸鼠血清抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法取荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251的Balb/c裸鼠,经腹腔注射低、中、高浓度的FCNNAV1mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L,采用比色法检测裸鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251裸鼠血清SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性显著高于正常裸鼠组(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于正常裸鼠组(P<0.05)。结论中华眼镜蛇毒C组分的抑瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤鼠血血清抗氧化酶活性的影响有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of C component of Chinese cobra venom on serum anti-oxidative enzyme activity in human glioblastoma cell line U-251. METHODS: Balb/c nude mice bearing human glioblastoma cell line U-251 were injected intraperitoneally with low, medium, and high concentrations of FCNNAV at 1 mg/L, 5 mg/L, and 10 mg/L. Colorimetric method was used to detect the ultrastructure of nude mice. Oxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity. Results The activities of SOD, GSH-PX and CAT in nude mice bearing human glioblastoma cell line U-251 were significantly higher than those in normal nude mice (P<0.05), and the MDA content was significantly lower in normal nude mice than in normal nude mice (P<0.05). Conclusion The inhibitory effect of C component of Naja naja atra venom may be related to the effect of increasing serum antioxidative enzyme activity in tumor-bearing mice.
