本文针对航空电子设备有替换Ⅰ型截尾试验无失效的情形,提出了一种改进综合E-Bayesian法用于可靠性参数的综合估计。该方法利用失效因子和自适应系数,并结合可靠性参数先验值及其经典E-Bayesian评估结果,引入失效数据,然后使用相对概率法构造失效权重模型。论文以航空电子设备平均寿命为目标,建立了平均寿命的改进综合E-Bayesian估计模型,并以某型变压整流器为对象进行应用研究和方法比较分析,结果表明本文提出的改进综合E-Bayesian法具有更好的评估性能,并能够改善可靠性评定中可能出现的“冒进”问题。
In this paper, there is no failure of the avionics equipment to replace the type-Ⅰ censored test. An improved synthetic E-Bayesian method is proposed for reliability estimation. The method uses the failure factor and the adaptive coefficient, and combines the priori reliability parameters and its classical E-Bayesian evaluation results to introduce the failure data, and then constructs the failure weight model by using the relative probability method. In this paper, the average life expectancy of avionics equipment is taken as the goal, and an improved integrated E-Bayesian estimation model of average life expectancy is established. The application research and method comparison of a certain type of transformer rectifier are carried out. The results show that the improved integrated E-Bayesian Act has a better assessment of performance, and can improve the reliability assessment of possible “aggressive” issues.
