比较８５例不同亚型骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）的临床表现，ＲＡＥＢ和ＲＡＥＢ－Ｔ患者发热、感染、胸骨压痛明显多于ＲＡ患者（Ｐ均＜０．０５），各亚型外周血三系变化无明显差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５），ＲＡ患者骨髓增生度较ＲＡＥＢ－Ｔ患者好（Ｐ＜０．０５）。有２１例ＲＡＥＢ－Ｔ和ＲＡＥＢ患者采用化疗，总有效率为４０％。
The clinical manifestations of 85 cases with different subtypes of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were compared. RAEB and RAEB-T patients had more fever, infection and sternal tenderness than RA patients (all P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The bone marrow hyperplasia in RA patients was better than that in RAEB-T patients (P <0.05). In 21 patients with RAEB-T and RAEB chemotherapy, the total effective rate was 40%.
