目的:研究水朝阳旋覆花(Inula helianthus-aquaticaC.Y.Wu ex Ling)的花中倍半萜类成分。方法:运用正/反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex HL-20凝胶色谱、HPLC等色谱方法分离纯化化合物,MS,NMR等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从水朝阳旋覆花的花中分离鉴定出7个化合物:inuchinenolide B(1),8-epi-florilenalin-2-O-acetate(2),neogaillardin(3),tomentosin(4),atractyligenin(5),β-谷甾醇(6),β-hydroxypropiovanillone(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物的花中分离得到。
Objective: To study the sesquiterpene components of flowers in Inula helianthus-aquatica C.Y. Wu ex Ling. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by normal/reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex HL-20 gel chromatography and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the flowers of the water-dripping inflorescence in the sun: inuchine nolide B(1), 8-epi-florilenalin-2-O-acetate(2), neogaillardin(3), tomentosin(4), atractyligenin (5), β-sitosterol (6), β-hydroxypropiovanillone (7). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from the flower of this plant for the first time.
