介绍基于d SPACE的电动舵机测试系统开发方案。从测试系统组成、数学模型建立、数据采集,测试仪用户界面搭建等方面对设计方案进行了详细的介绍。使用Matlab中Simulink工具和d SPACE中Control Desk平台搭建了测试仪系统,利用某无人机用小型电动舵机对该测试系统进行了测试与试验验证。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,可以满足基于数字和模拟信号两种接口形式的电动舵机的测试要求。
Introduce the dSPACE-based electric servo test system development program. The design scheme is introduced in detail from the aspects of the test system, the establishment of mathematical model, the data acquisition and the construction of tester user interface. Using Simulink tool in Matlab and Control Desk platform in d SPACE, a tester system was set up. The test system was tested and verified with a small electric servo of a drone. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable and can meet the test requirements of electric servo based on two interface forms of digital and analog signals.
