以广东雷州半岛种植区为例,通过田间小区试验研究了不同有机肥处理对毛叶枣树产量、品质及果园土壤肥力的影响,旨在为生产上毛叶枣科学施肥提供技术支持。试验设3个处理:不施有机肥处理(CK)、鸡粪堆肥(CM)及精制有机肥(ROF)。结果表明:(1)与CK比较,有机肥处理显著增加了叶片SPAD值,果实可溶性固形物、维生素C含量也有不同程度提高,可滴定酸则出现了下降,其中ROF处理效果最好。与CK相比,ROF处理单果重和产量显著提高,增幅分别为19.2%、68.7%;(2)施用有机肥能够提高有机质、有效磷含量最高可达33.7%、24.3%,提高了土壤肥力水平。ROF处理VCR(vario-cost ratio)值为2.5,高于CM处理,精制有机肥在毛叶枣栽培上具有较好的应用前景。
Taking Leizhou Peninsula planted area in Guangdong as an example, the effects of different organic manure treatments on yield, quality and orchard soil fertility of jujube leaves were studied in a field plot experiment in order to provide technical support for scientific fertilization. The experiment set three treatments: no organic fertilizer treatment (CK), chicken manure composting (CM) and refined organic fertilizer (ROF). The results showed that: (1) Compared with CK, the organic fertilizer significantly increased the SPAD value of leaves, soluble solid content and vitamin C content also increased to some extent, titratable acid decreased, of which ROF treatment effect was the best. Compared with CK, single fruit weight and yield of ROF increased significantly by 19.2% and 68.7%, respectively. (2) Application of organic manure could increase the content of organic matter and the content of available phosphorus was up to 33.7% and 24.3%, which increased soil fertility . ROV treatment VCR (vario-cost ratio) value of 2.5, higher than the CM treatment, refined organic fertilizer has good application prospects in the cultivation of leaves.
