锅炉供暖是一个系统工程,锅炉供暖系统的目标是让每户室内温度都能达标,系统中有多个因素影响着最终温度是否达标,比如锅炉附属设备老化、管道跑冒滴漏、管理缺失等,而常规定期检验只是对锅炉单一因素的检查,对于预测锅炉潜在故障有限。本文从系统工程视角去思考整体锅炉供暖系统,通过建立比较全面的多因素影响指标体系,运用模糊综合分析法,结合现场锅炉供暖实际,全方位分析了整个系统,以揭示锅炉使用状态。结果表明,该方法操作性较强,为全方位评价锅炉供暖系统的安全节能情况提供了思路。
Boiler heating is a systematic project. The goal of the boiler heating system is to let every household indoor temperature reach the standard. There are several factors in the system that affect whether the final temperature is up to standard, such as the aging of boiler auxiliary equipment, running pipes, missing management, The regular periodic inspection is only a single factor of the boiler inspection, prediction of potential boiler failure is limited. This article from the system engineering perspective to think about the whole boiler heating system, through the establishment of a more comprehensive multi-factor impact indicator system, the use of fuzzy comprehensive analysis, combined with the actual boiler heating, the full analysis of the entire system to reveal the boiler status. The results show that this method is easy to operate and provides a new idea for evaluating the safety and energy saving of the boiler heating system.
