本文对采用美标ASTM A572 Gr65材料制作的薄壁高强钢杆进行软件模拟与加载试验分析,并对薄壁高强钢在配电钢管杆中应用的可行性进行研究。软件模拟和加载试验结果证明,采用ASTM A572Gr65材料加工制作的配电钢管杆完全可以满足设计要求,强度、挠度和稳定性能均满足要求。从加载试验结果来看,薄壁高强钢应用于配电钢管杆是可行的,且仍有一定的安全储备,可以在配电项目中尝试推广使用。
In this paper, the software simulation and loading test of thin-walled high-strength steel rod made of American Standard ASTM A572 Gr65 material are carried out. The feasibility of using thin-walled high-strength steel in distribution steel rod is studied. Software simulation and loading test results prove that the steel pipe rods manufactured by ASTM A572Gr65 can fully meet the design requirements and meet the requirements of strength, deflection and stability. From the load test results, the application of thin-walled high-strength steel pipe for power distribution pipe is feasible, and there is still some safety reserves, you can try to promote the use of distribution projects.
