在棉花育种和科研实践中,棉籽交换频繁,棉花枯黄萎病随棉籽散发而侵染各地。而常规药剂浸种消毒办法太繁锁,并受天气影响,易损失发芽能力。为此,我院植保所1982~1985年用ZX—350型真空熏蒸消毒机进行真空熏蒸消毒试验,以溴化甲烷、环氧乙烷杀死种子枯、黄萎病菌,获得良好效果。熏蒸4小时能完全杀死黄萎病菌,熏蒸8小时能完全杀死枯萎病菌。1987年我们对17个品种(系)棉籽作熏蒸试验,以明确这一消毒方法对发芽率、发芽势的影响。
Cotton breeding and scientific research practice, cottonseed exchange frequent, cotton withered wilt disease spread with cottonseed throughout. Conventional medicament soaking disinfection is too complicated, and affected by the weather, easy to lose germination ability. To this end, the Institute of Plant Protection, from 1982 to 1985 with the ZX-350 vacuum fumigation disinfection vacuum fumigation test to methyl bromide, ethylene oxide kill seed withered, Verticillium wilt bacteria, and achieved good results. Fumigation 4 hours to completely kill Verticillium wilt, fumigation 8 hours to completely kill Fusarium wilt. In 1987, we made fumigation tests on 17 varieties of cottonseed to clarify the effect of this disinfection method on germination rate and germination potential.
