甘肃不同产区黄芪有效成分含量比较研究

研究甘肃不同产区黄芪在不同的土壤、气候等环境条件对黄芪药材中有效成分含量的影响.采购甘肃会川、首阳、岷县、陇西、通渭等不同产区的黄芪药材,根据《中华人民共和国药典》标准分别测定不同产区黄芪的水分、灰分、浸出物的含量,应用HPLC-UV法分别测定不同产区黄芪有效成分甲苷的含量.色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈∶水(32∶68),流速1.0 mL/min,波长203 nm.结果 显示,甘肃不同产区以及同一产区不同规格的黄芪药材,其干燥根中有效成分甲苷的含量存在较大差异.说明不同的栽培管理技术以及不同环境条件下,中药材中有效成分的含量会受到一定影响,在生产实践中应注重药材有效成分的含量对药材品质的影响.
