经过十多年的快速发展,中国高校的日语教育迎来了新的转型期。办学规模空前,学生人数剧增,教师队伍和科研水平提高迅速。但面向未来,要适应新时期对日语人才的需求和直面激烈的就业竞争,必须审视转型期的新课题。本文结合高校人才培养实际,提出了人才培养中存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题,提出了看法和建议。
After more than a decade of rapid development, Japanese education in Chinese universities ushered in a new period of transition. The unprecedented scale of running schools has led to a sharp increase in the number of students and the rapid increase in the number of teachers and scientific research. However, facing the future, in order to meet the demand of Japanese language talents in the new era and confront intense employment competition, we must examine the new topics in the transitional period. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the training of talents according to the reality of personnel training in colleges and universities and puts forward the opinions and suggestions on how to solve these problems.
