目的对比玻璃离子水门汀及光固化复合树脂修复牙楔状缺损的临床效果。方法回顾分析70例患者的临床资料。结果给予两组患者为期1年的随访,随访结果显示,玻璃离子水门汀组修复成功率为66.7%,光固化复合树脂组修复成功率为68.2%,两组修复成功率对比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);玻璃离子水门汀组患者牙髓活力改变明显优于光固化复合树脂组,而光固化复合树脂组在牙齿表面磨损方面优于玻璃离子水门汀组,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子水门汀和光固化复合树脂在牙楔状缺损修复方面可取的显著的效果,临床应用中要根据患者牙齿情况及患者要求选择适宜的治疗方法。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of glass ionomer cement and light-cured composite resin in repairing dental wedge-shaped defect. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The two groups of patients were followed up for a period of one year. The follow-up results showed that the success rate was 66.7% in glass ionomer cement group and 68.2% in light-cured composite resin group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of repair, (P> 0.05). The changes of dental pulp vitality in glass ionomer cement group were significantly better than that of light-cured composite resin group, while the light-cured composite resin group was superior to glass ionomer cement group in tooth surface wear, the difference was significant , With statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Glass ionomer cement and light-curing composite resin in the wedge-shaped defect repair desirable desirable results, clinical application should be based on the patient’s teeth and patient requirements to select the appropriate treatment.
