现代 10 0 m跑技术在塑胶跑道运用的基础上 ,根据运动生物力学和解剖学原理逐步发展与完善。总体体现在完整技术的实效性与专业特点的经济性 ,以及反映这两个特性的几个环节如 :屈蹬技术 ,摆动技术 ,支撑与腾空时间的缩短 ,加速跑时间与距离的延长 ,以及缓冲技术等。正是这些技术的不同构成了现代技术与过去技术质的不同 ,从而使现代技术更加完善和合理。通过对百米跑现代技术和过去技术的研究 ,揭示了现代 10 0 m跑技术特点和理论依据 ,对今后短跑的教学、训练和研究提供参考价值。
The modern 10 0 m running technology is based on the application of plastic track and develops and perfects gradually according to the principles of sports biomechanics and anatomy.
