本文介绍了苎麻叶愈伤、茎切段、离体叶片和下胚轴四种外植体类型的体细胞植株再生的试验结果。研究表明,影响诱导效果的因素包括基因型、外植体类型、外植体的取材部位和生理年龄、培养基组分以及培养温差等方面。基因型是不容随意改变的,但研究的结果得出一条思路:选择适当的外植体类型,注意取材部位和控制适合的生理年龄、筛选与之相适应的最佳培养程序,采取昼夜变温培养.沿着这条思路走下去一定可以获得满意的诱导效果。将供试材料先培养成试管苗无性系,外植体直接取自试管苗,不受季节和气候的限制,不用消毒处理,是一种可取的研究方法。
In this paper, we present the results of somatic cell regeneration of four explant types of ramie leaves callus, stem segments, detached leaves and hypocotyls. Studies have shown that the factors that affect the induction effect include genotypes, types of explants, the explants of the parts and physiological age, the composition of media and culture temperature and so on. The genotype can not be arbitrarily changed, but the result of the study leads to an idea: select the appropriate explant type, pay attention to the site and control the appropriate physiological age, screening and adaptation to the best culture program, to take day and night temperature training . Going along this line of thought will surely result in a satisfactory induction. The test materials to be cultivated into a test tube seedlings clonal, explants directly from the test tube seedlings, not subject to seasonal and climatic constraints, without disinfection, is a desirable research method.
