利用CFD软件AVL-FIRE对某型号直列四缸水冷柴油机的冷却水腔进行了流动与传热特性的数值模拟分析,分析了缸体冷却水腔内冷却液的流速分布、传热系数分布及压力损失。并根据模拟结果对冷却系统设计不合理的地方提出优化改进方案,使得各缸气缸体处冷却水流量分配均匀性得到明显改善,提高了该柴油机的可靠性和耐久性,并为柴油机的冷却水套优化设计提供了理论依据。
