目的:本实验通实验探索大鼠血虚模型的复制方法,进而摸索不同化疗药物用来复制大鼠血虚模型的有效给药方法和剂量。方法:通过多次实验调整给药途径和给药剂量,选择适当的时间测定大鼠血常规,检查模型复制情况,总结有效地给药方法和药物剂量。结果:通过多次探索性实验评价出环磷酰胺、表阿霉素、卡铂、吉西他滨复制大鼠白细胞、血小板降低模型的可行性,并摸索出成功率较高的给药方法和计量。结论:环磷酰胺、表阿霉素、卡铂、在适当剂量下复制出大鼠白细胞、血小板降低模型的成功率更高,动物死亡率也较低,适合作为复制此类模型的有效药物;而吉西他滨成模率低且动物死亡率较高,则不适合作为此类模型复制的药物。
OBJECTIVE: This experiment is an experimental study to explore the method of replicating blood-deficient model in rats, and then to find out the effective method and dosage of different chemotherapeutics to replicate blood-deficient model in rats. Methods: Through several experiments to adjust the route of administration and dose, select the appropriate time to determine the blood of rats, check the model of replication, summarize the effective method of administration and drug dosage. Results: The feasibility of cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, carboplatin, gemcitabine-induced rat white blood cells and thrombocytopenia was evaluated through multiple exploratory experiments. The administration method and measurement with higher success rate were explored. CONCLUSION: Cyclophosphamide, epirubicin and carboplatin replicate rat white blood cells in the proper dose. The success rate of platelet reduction model is higher and the mortality rate of animals is also lower, which is suitable as an effective drug for the replication of such models. While gemcitabine has a low rate of molding and a high rate of animal mortality, it is not suitable as a replicative drug for such models.
