中小企业的发展对我国经济社会具有十分重要的作用,但是中小企业有很多自身条件的限制,尤其是其在人力资源管理体制上的问题,已经成为限制企业发展的重大瓶颈。本文首先介绍了中小企业人力资源管理的内涵,继而分析了新形势下中小企业人力资源管理体制中的问题,最后本文提出了创新我国中小企业人力资源管理体制的策略。
The development of SMEs plays a very important role in China’s economy and society. However, SMEs have many restrictions on their own conditions, especially in the human resources management system, which has become a major bottleneck that restricts the development of enterprises. This article first introduces the connotation of SMEs human resource management, and then analyzes the SMEs under the new situation of human resource management system problems, and finally put forward the innovation of SMEs human resource management system strategy.
