目的 :建立动物泪腺模型 ,以了解小鼠泪腺肌上皮细胞的发育过程 ,为今后泪腺病研究所需动物模型提供有用的资料 ,方法 :免疫组织化学、应用基础染色、免疫组织化学荧光染色等方法 ,对不同年龄段的小鼠外泪腺的肌上皮细胞和腺房的发育状况进行观察 ,并对其间的相关性进行分析。结果 :实验结果提示 ,小鼠泪腺肌上皮细胞从出现到成熟的形态变化 ,与腺细胞内的分泌颗粒从出现到增多是同期发育的 ,泪腺腺房与肌上皮细胞的面积比率呈减小趋势。结论 :小鼠是理想的研究泪腺肌上皮细胞相关疾病的实验模型
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of lacrimal gland in order to understand the development of mouse lacrimal gland myoepithelial cells, and to provide useful information for future animal models of lacrimal gland disease. Methods: Immunohistochemistry, basic staining and immunohistochemical staining The development of myoepithelial cells and glandular cells in the outer lacrimal gland of mice of different age groups were observed and their correlations were analyzed. Results: The experimental results suggest that the morphological changes of mouse lacrimal gland myoepithelial cells from appearance to maturation are in synchronic development with the appearance of secretory granules in glandular cells. The area ratio of glandular cells to myoepithelial cells in lacrimal gland decreases. Conclusion: The mouse is an ideal experimental model for studying the related diseases of lacrimal gland myoepithelial cells
