人防地道中栽培平菇常出现花椰菜花球型、珊瑚型及柄长盖小的高脚型三类畸形菇,对产量影响较大。在适宜于平菇子实体形成的气温条件下,它们分别由 CO_2浓度过高或光照度不足或两者兼备的因素引起。调查及试验证明,菇床表面保持光照度4~10Lux 及 CO_2浓度1,000ppm 左右,平菇子实体可以正常形成。在通风条件好的人防地道中,床面光照度只需1~3 Lux。因此,目前用于栽培平菇的多数人防地道,光照度配置不当,可较大幅度降低,以节约用电,降低成本。
