目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible NOS,iNOS)和白介素8(IL-8)在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法胃癌组织标本70例(包括癌组织和非癌组织),采用HE染色对胃癌标本进行组织分型,免疫组织化学sABC法检测不同类型胃癌组织和不同位置中的iNOS和IL-8的表达。结果①64.29%(45/70)胃癌组织中表达iNOS蛋白,在高、中分化腺癌中iNOS表达占46.67%(14/30);在低分化腺癌iNOS表达占77.50%(31/40);iNOS的表达与胃癌组织分化程度显著相关;②IL-8在高、中分化与低分化腺癌中的表达率没有差异,在癌组织和非癌组织两组中IL-8的表达率,有显著性差异。结论iNOS和IL-8可能在胃黏膜细胞癌变过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in gastric cancer. Methods Seventy gastric cancer specimens (including cancer and non-cancer) were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) to differentiate the gastric cancer specimens. The expressions of iNOS and IL-8 in different types of gastric cancer tissues and tissues were detected by immunohistochemical sABC method. Results ① The expression of iNOS protein in 64.29% (45/70) gastric cancer tissues was 46.67% (14/30) in high and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, and 77.50% in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (31/40). The expression of iNOS was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer. (2) The expression of IL-8 in high, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was not significantly different between the two groups The expression rate, there are significant differences. Conclusion iNOS and IL-8 may play an important role in carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa.
