利用金钱草的茎尖做外植体,用75%酒精浸泡10s和0.2%的HgCl2处理8min,无菌水冲净后,接种于MS+2.0mg/lBA+0.5mg/lNAA培养基中建立无菌苗;将无菌苗的叶切块,接种于MS+BA0.5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l培养基中,7d后可陆续形成绿色、质地紧密、长势好的愈伤组织;将愈伤组织移至MS+BA2.0mg/l+NAA0.2mg/l培养基中,16d后逐渐形成大量丛生芽,且长势较好;将无根苗移至1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/l或1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/l培养基中,10～12d生根,根多而且苗壮。
