通过不同碱度烧结矿的矿物组成,分析了影响褐铁矿烧结矿冶金性能的因素。指出碱度(CaO/SiO_2)为1.6±0.5时的烧结矿的矿相,可以获得较理想的冶金性能。同时阐述了低硅高铝褐铁矿对矿相组成和产品质量所起的良好作用,以及高炉同时使用块矿和烧结矿时的适宜配比。
Based on the mineral composition of sinter with different basicity, the factors influencing metallurgical properties of sinter ore in limonite are analyzed. It is pointed out that the mineralogical phase of sinter with basicity (CaO / SiO_2) of 1.6 ± 0.5 can obtain better metallurgical properties. At the same time, the good effect of low-silicon high-aluminum limonite on the composition and product quality of the mineral and the appropriate proportion of blast furnace when using lump ore and sinter are also discussed.
