目的分析代谢因素对原发性高血压患者的左心结构与功能指标影响。方法连续选择近期来诊的原发性高血压患者74例,入选对象进行了超声心动图左室结构与功能指标检测,并按有无合并代谢综合征(MS)进行分组比较。结果 74例原发性高血压合并MS患者39例(52.70%,合并MS组),35例高血压患者未合并MS(对照组)。合并MS组的LVEDd、LVESd、IST、LVPW和LVWI测量值均明显高于对照组,而Ve、Va和LVEF均明显低于后者(P<0.01~0.05)。结论代谢因素对原发性高血压患者的左心结构与功能指标影响明显。
Objective To analyze the influence of metabolic factors on left ventricular structure and function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Seventy-four patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. The echocardiographic parameters of left ventricular structure and function were detected and compared by grouping with or without metabolic syndrome (MS). Results Thirty-nine patients with essential hypertension complicated with MS (52.70%, MS group) and 35 hypertensive patients without MS (control group). LVEDd, LVESd, IST, LVPW and LVWI in MS group were significantly higher than those in control group, but Ve, Va and LVEF were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusion Metabolic factors have obvious effect on left ventricular structure and function of patients with essential hypertension.
