目的:分析探讨在牙种植中引导骨再生所使用不同口腔修复膜材料的临床效果。方法:选取180例就诊于该院需要牙种植并引导骨再生的患者,根据使用口腔修复膜材料的不同进行随机分组:常规组90例,使用海奥口腔修复膜对骨再生进行引导,干预组90例,使用钛膜口腔修复膜引导骨再生,观察诱导后患者的骨厚度、植骨厚度、修复成功率、不良反应发生情况等。结果:干预组患者治疗后的骨厚度及植骨厚度均较常规组患者治疗后的效果显著(P<0.05),干预组患者的修复成功率要显著优于常规组患者的修复成功率(P<0.05),干预组患者的不良反应发生率要显著少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在牙种植诱导骨再生中使用海奥口腔修复膜材料的临床效果显示较好,患者的骨厚度及植骨厚度都有较明显的增加,牙槽骨外形的意义重建,在临床上应积极的予以运用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of different oral repair materials used in guiding the regeneration of bone in dental implants. Methods: 180 patients treated in our hospital for dental implants and guided bone regeneration were randomly divided into two groups according to the different materials used for oral repair: 90 cases in the conventional group. The bone regeneration was guided by the HAO oral repair membrane. The intervention group Ninety cases were treated with titanium membrane oral repair membrane to guide bone regeneration. The postoperative bone thickness, the thickness of bone graft, the success rate of repair and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: The bone thickness and the thickness of the bone graft in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The recovery rate of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of HAO Oral Repair Membrane Material used in dental implant-induced bone regeneration is good. The bone thickness and the thickness of the bone graft are obviously increased. The significance of the alveolar bone shape reconstruction should be clinically applied. Actively apply.
