对于油箱和床身铸成一体的机床,若因油箱壁或底部有微小砂眼、裂纹等缺陷而漏油时,可先将油箱中油液放掉,再用汽油清洗干净,待用压缩空气吹扫晾干后,可根据实际情况,用下述方法予以修复。 1.盐酸处理法 由于盐酸进入油箱的微小砂眼或裂纹中,通过化学反应,生成氯化亚铁,能起堵塞作用。故往油箱中倒入少量盐酸,淹过微小砂眼、裂纹部位。经10～12h后,放净盐酸。再过4～6h倒人碱液中和。然后,放净碱液,用热水清洗,擦净吹干,即可使用。
