OBJECTIVE: To understand the incidence of suspected AEFI reports on different vaccines and assess the safety of vaccines; and to determine the composition of suspected AEFI and to evaluate the quality of vaccination. Methods: This community from January 2010 to June 2011 suspected vaccination abnormal response registration form, January 2010 to June 2011 immunization program statistics on the use of the first category of vaccines and the use of the second type of vaccine statistics table. Results: A total of 24,513 person-times of vaccination were vaccinated, and 54 cases of suspected AEFI were reported, with an incidence rate of 220.29 / 10 million. The second group of vaccines received 9,859 people in total and 18 cases were reported with suspected AEFI at a rate of 182.57 / 100,000 . Suspected AEFI is mainly the general response to fever, rashes and induration these three kinds of performance is the most common, accounting for the proportion of the total number of abnormal reactions were 44.44%, 15.28% and 12.50%. CONCLUSIONS: The vaccines currently in use for vaccination are safe and the reported types of response events are generalized and severe abnormalities are rare.
