中学《体育教学大纲》规定,从高一年级开始,男生支撑跳跃的内容是“纵箱分腿腾越”。学习这一项目,一些学生由于在完成动作过程中存在缺点与错误,出现过动作失败,从而产生恐惧心理。要消除这种心理,先得找出动作失败的原因。在教学中笔者注意到学生在完成“纵箱分腿腾越”动作中存在的心理和技术问题,归结起来大致有: 一、缺乏完成动作的信心。有些学生怀疑自己是否具备完成此动作的能力,怕完不成动作被同学笑话或跌倒受伤。二、技术动作的错误 1.助跑速度慢,踏跳无力,无法快速腾起支撑远端。 2.由于单脚踏跳,造成身体腾空时的偏转,失去平衡而跌倒。 3.做不出鱼跃姿势,不能挺身
