我单位原有冷弯压头最小的弯心直径为10毫米,属整体结构。但试验时往往需要更小或多种规格的弯心直径。为此,设计了组装式的压头(见图1),以满足实验需要。组装式压头由上接头(用于与试验机连接)、下接头(用于与上接头及压头连接)及压头三部份组成。下接头上用于固定压头的三对螺孔成等腰三角形三顶点分布,同轴钻孔。这样,在固定压头时,比较稳定可靠。有些技术条件规定弯心直径与板材厚度之比为一个或一组系数。那样,随着板厚的变化就会有很多规格的弯心直径。为了简化,我们采用了下表的弯心直径:
