教学研究是提高广大教师业务素质、提高课堂教学质量的重要方法之一。作为市高中历史教研员,笔者每学期都要到全市各县、区高中听课、调研。客观地说,就学校领导层而言,各个学校都非常重视教学研究,都制定了较为详尽的教学研究计划,都有固定的教学研究时间,相当一部分学校甚至有相应的检查落实措施。应该肯定的是,一些学校的教学研究搞得确实很好,有力促进了本校的教学与备考工作。
Teaching research is one of the important methods to improve the professional quality of teachers and improve the quality of classroom teaching. As a senior high school history teacher and researcher, the writer has to attend class and district high schools in the city every semester to study and investigate. Objectively speaking, as far as the school leadership is concerned, all schools attach great importance to teaching and research. They have formulated more detailed teaching research plans and have fixed teaching research time. A considerable number of schools even have corresponding inspection and implementation measures. What should be affirmed is that the teaching and research in some schools is indeed very good, which has effectively promoted the school’s teaching and preparation work.
